The filing indicates that there were twelve investors in this round. Founded by Bessie Schwarz in 2015, Cloud to Street has now raised a total of $21.3M in reported equity funding.

GigFinesse

$2.8M – funding according to a recent SEC filing

GigFinesse, a booking platform and marketplace that connects artists and live music venues, has raised $2.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.6M and there were eighteen investors in this round. GigFinesse was founded by Mir Hwang and Ryan Kim in 2019.
